I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was very quiet, perfect for a family with young kids, and the large terrace on the top floor was a huge plus. The service was exceptional, from the friendly and caring staff to the thoughtful greetings in the corridors. The location was superb, just a short walk to major attractions, and the dining experience with delicious breakfasts was a delight. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was so quiet, and my room had a lovely balcony. Everything was as described, clean, spacious, and in a great location. The service was very friendly and attentive, from providing restaurant guides to accommodating extra nights even when fully booked. The location couldn't have been better, just a minute from Rialto Bridge and within walking distance of iconic landmarks and cafes. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, minutes away from St Mark's Square and the Grand Canal. The staff were extremely helpful, arranging a water taxi for me on the last day and even carrying my luggage. The hotel is truly a hidden gem with a 5-star experience despite its 3-star rating, but do note that there is no lift, which might be challenging for guests with disabilities. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
